Nicole

Stylist/ Owner

I have been in the industry since 2004. I have worked for the past 15 years in downtown Baltimore but recently decided to bring my expertise closer to home. I specialize in balayage coloring, precision cuts, and all types of hair extensions. I love traveling to take classes all over the U.S. in order to bring my clients the most up to date options when it comes to cuts and coloring.
I grew up in Baltimore County and I currently reside in Glyndon with my family. I am excited to be back in my own neighborhood and cant wait to bring my passion for hair to the Main street area.

Amanda

Stylist

My name is Amanda and I've been doing hair in the Glyndon area for over 10 years. All my life I wanted to be an artist but could never find the right medium until I started doing hair. I live for dimensional colors and cuts that show off my clients personalities and inner beauty!
Keeping up with new trends and techniques with education is always a priority of mine. In the last year I have taken several extensive color theory and application classes with Redken, Keune, and Pulp Riot. In October of 2022 I traveled to Parma, Italy for intensive color and cutting classes with Davines and their creative director, Tom Connell. I am extension certified and love learning and creating new and individualized balayage techniques for my clients.
When I’m not behind the chair I love to travel and enjoy the company of my friends and family, often with a good drink in hand!

"Growing up in a suburb outside of Washington, D.C. I never thought I would leave my hometown, but years later I met my husband at an event here in Baltimore. After getting engaged I moved here since he had already settled into his career. I still wasn’t sure what I was going to do the rest of my life! As a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, I had studied fine arts. It wasn’t until some years later and several unfulfilling professions I decided to apprentice at a
local hair salon. Twenty years later I am still working as a stylist, love my clients and can’t imagine doing anything else".
Mel

Stylist

My name is Mel (short for Melissa) and I became a licensed cosmetologist in late 2020. After falling in love with a color theory class while in undergrad, I knew art would be a part of my future but was confused about my career path. After receiving a degree in fine arts, I decided that I would go to cosmetology school, and the rest is history. I absolutely love beachy hair, lived in color, and blonding.
Since becoming licensed I have continued education and have found it essential to do so, so that I can better serve all of my clients. In 2022, I took classes in blonding, permanent color, cutting, and barbering.
I plan continue to further educate myself through classes in 2023. I can’t wait to learn as much as possible and enhance services to best suit each client.

Hi, I’m Kelsey! I am from a little town in Pennsylvania and love the small-town feel. I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2020 after graduating from The Temple: A Paul Mitchell partner school. My interest in hair started at a young age. I love to do highlights and enjoy updos for formal occasions. When I’m not at the salon I enjoy cooking for my fiance and family. I also like to shop, spend time with my fur babies, Fred and Stella, & my Chickens too!
